Ideal occupancy is 50 people or less Wi-Fi is strong and we have some speakers surround sound to tap into. Post-Event Cleaning Checklist General Tidying Remove all trash and recyclables; replace trash bags. Wipe down tables, desks, and chairs with disinfectant. Vacuum or sweep floors and mop if needed. Kitchen & Common Areas Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and appliances. Remove any leftover food and check for spills. Restrooms Wipe down sinks, counters, and mirrors. Sanitize toilets and restock paper towels and soap. High-Touch Surfaces Disinfect door handles, light switches, and shared equipment. Between-Booking Maintenance Perform a walkthrough to check for damages. Adjust furniture to default layout. Ensure all supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, coffee, etc.) are restocked. Inspect lighting, A/C, and WiFi functionality.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
