To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines during and after your session: Leave the Space as You Found It: At the end of your session, kindly return any furniture or props to their original positions. Ensure all equipment is turned off, and no personal belongings are left behind. Dispose of Trash: Please place all trash in the bins provided, and use the recycling bin where appropriate. If food or drinks are brought into the studio, make sure to clean up after. No Excessive Mess: If your production involves activities that might create a significant mess (e.g., glitter, confetti, or liquids), please let us know in advance. An additional cleaning fee may apply in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
