Please note and reflect the 1hr set-up/tear-down for longer meeting/program rental, i.e. for a 9am-Noon off-site work meeting/program, rental minimum would be 4 hrs. The Loomhouse is located near the old train depot in Cincinnati's historic Northside neighborhood. Minutes from downtown, the University of Cincinnati, Northside Metro Bus Transit Center, and Interstate I-75, our building is centrally located, easy to get to, and is surrounded by great local shops, restaurants, and cultural establishments. Multiple spaces available within the building, of varied sizes and accommodations. First Floor is fully ADA-accessible via ramp entrance. Second and Third floors accessible by stairs only.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
