About the Space

450 sf music production studio/lounge/garage. This room is the "cook-up" spot. Includes acoustic & electric guitars, amps, bass, Prophet-6 Synth, Apollo Twin interface, Focal studio monitors, etc. TV, internet enabled. Audigo wireless microphones for live recordings! Back yard: beautifully landscaped yard, perfect backdrop for content creation/BTS filming of the session. seamless indoor/outdoor flow of the venue. Fire pit, BBQ, outdoor seating included. Add on - Vocal recording/mixing: Manley microphone, Focusrite ISA 1 Pre amplifier, all necessary plugins and recording components. The LINDA studios, a place to create, film, and complete your musical projects. All within the friendly home environment.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
