PHOTO SHOOT RULES: • Approved use is limited to professional photo shoots only • No overnight stays, parties, events, video productions, or unauthorized gatherings • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property • No candles, open flames, glitter, paint, confetti, smoke effects, or hazardous materials • No attaching equipment or décor to walls, ceilings, or surfaces without written approval • Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement • All trash, equipment, and personal items must be removed after the shoot • Unauthorized overtime is prohibited and billed at $250 per additional hour • Minimum excessive cleaning fee is $350 • Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 fine • Production teams and attendees are responsible for any damages caused during the booking • Larger photography shoots may require proof of insurance Please include the following when inquiring: • Type of photo shoot • Total number of attendees • Requested shoot hours • Equipment being brought onsite • Photography portfolio or social media links if available
