We have a two bedroom, 1 bath home with a fully equipped kitchen. The home offers high speed internet, a large dining table and chairs and a spacious living room. The backyard is fenced in with a porch and a nice gazebo and fire pit. We have charcoal grill and seating area. The home is perfect for photo shoots, small weddings, baby showers or viewing parties for sports games, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
