Family owned and operated five acre working lemon farm with pool deck and orchard. Expansive views of the surrounding Tuscan like hills. Suited for photoshoots/ filming outdoors in the orchard, poolside and around the outside of our modern residence. Southern exposure provides beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Hillside lemon grove has 900 well kept lemon trees. Gated and private drive-in access with a large flat parking lot makes it convenient for crew vans and trucks to access and set up on property. There is a large pool deck with a Persian Jasmine covered pergola and seating for seven and a canopy covered teak dining table with eight chairs. The pool is a 15 yard rectangular lap pool with an electric cover. There is also a wooden bar/ game table with bar stools. Pool deck, residence and parking lot all in one flat level with no stairs. Ideal for filming outdoor commercials, photo and video shoots with the perfect San Diego weather.

Health and Safety Measures
Since only the outdoor areas are available, they are kept as clean as nature allows with pressure washing and wiping down surfaces. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily or more often if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
