This space is ideal for photography, videographers, hair and makeup artists, massage therapists, dinner parties or any professional looking for a relaxed client meeting space. We have two entrances on 2nd floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a powder room, two seating areas in the great room, a large farm table and reading nook with chaise. The back deck is a beautiful setting with table, chairs & umbrella. 3rd floor has large bedrooms with their own private bathrooms , perfect for any photo shoots.

Cleaning fee is included in hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. All trash & recycling is to be taken out and placed in trash cans below deck.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
