First, surfaces are cleared of debris, followed by dusting and wiping down with appropriate cleaners. High-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches, are disinfected. Floors are vacuumed and mopped for a thorough clean. Kitchen and restrooms are sanitized, and trash is emptied. Finally, items like linens or towels are washed. All cleaning supplies are stored properly for safety and efficiency.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
