A cozy Brooklyn home by the park

This is a second floor apartment unit. The space can be used for activities such as filming and lifestyle photo shoots, etc. The whole apartment is in a square shape, with the two bedrooms next to each other. The open concept kitchen is also part of the living room. The building is north facing so it's easier to manage the exterior light. We are one block away from the train so you might hear faint train noise from time to time depending on the sensitivity of your recording equipment. I aim to provide a homey and cozy vibe, and I am flexible about how you'd like to "dress the set" as needed!
