We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests. Here’s what you can expect: ✔ Thorough Cleaning – The studio is deep cleaned before and after each booking, including high-touch surfaces, equipment, and furniture. ✔ Sanitization – We disinfect frequently used areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and studio equipment, using industry-standard cleaning products. ✔ Fresh & Tidy Setup – We provide a clean, organized environment upon arrival, with all props and equipment properly arranged. ✔ Trash Removal – All trash and disposable items are cleared out between bookings. Please help by using the provided bins for any waste. ✔ Ventilation – The space is aired out regularly to maintain fresh airflow.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
