A Dream Location for Photography The greenhouse is a photographer’s paradise, filled with soft, diffused natural light that enhances portraits, engagement sessions, maternity shoots, and brand photography. Each corner features vintage and antique pieces that can be styled for unique, editorial-quality photos. We also offer in-house floral arrangements and lush plants to elevate your event or shoot with fresh, natural beauty. Versatile Event Space The open layout can be customized to match your vision—long farm tables for family-style meals, open space for mingling, or a structured setup for creative workshops and retreats. Surrounding gardens and outdoor areas provide additional space for photos, relaxation, and quiet reflection, all set against the beauty of the farm. We provide tables and chairs for up to 30 guests. The venue includes a single-stall restroom, which comfortably supports events of up to 50 guests. For larger gatherings, we recommend arranging an additional restroom rental. If another event is scheduled the same weekend, we’re happy to coordinate and split the delivery fee to make it easier for both parties. Convenient & Accessible Located in Bristol, Connecticut, the venue is easily accessible from Hartford, Litchfield, and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide a pristine space for your celebration while preserving the rustic atmosphere you’ll love.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
