Our Lake House Venue is professionally cleaned before and after each event to ensure a spotless and welcoming space for our guests. We have a dedicated team of professional cleaning personnel who thoroughly sanitize all areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, event spaces, and outdoor areas. High-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the venue is refreshed to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for every event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
