Roomy, whimsy and green

Take it easy at this humble, unique and tranquil abode. Private first floor with its entrance and parking, bedroom with a compact bathroom, spacious living room and covered patio, nestled in the woods! No kitchen or TV but laundry, books and nature! Go shrooming, crabbing, and fishing! Best local seafood at Fish Peddler, breakfast at Downie's and lunch/dinner at Bay City kitchen! Five minutes from Tillamook, Garibaldi and not far from other amazing places! Deer, birds and cats love our place! The house was built in 1978 so definitely has charm and character. Some things may be old but we are working on improving! There is an older electric grid, so using too many appliances may blow a fuse which is easily fixed when asked, please use your discretion. I love vintage/unique things, so my eclectic decor might not be for everyone. We do live here and enjoy gardening so some debris and noise is inevitable, but we usually ask if you will be out for the day. Patio, backyard and laundry are shared so there will be tools, bikes, some person items. We love our wild and unbothered property which allows for wildlife and we want to keep it that way! Also, this is a residential community so there might be some noise from the neighbors.
