About the Space
We've had all types of events to this point, primarily to the Hip-Hop community (Open mics, showcases, album releases, & video production), but have also been rented for birthday parties, gaming events, and private parties. There are also event/club lighting and a performing stage. There is about 1000 sqft indoors, with room for food vender and DJ/Production Room which overlooks the main area. There's also another 1500 sqft outdoors, that has been used for block parties with inflatable bounce houses, pro wrestling events, etc. There is a basic sound system with 2 wireless mics, that can be included as well as 3 monitors that can be streamed to via Google Chrome. *******Cleaning is NOT included in the total. There is a $75 per area cleaning deposit that will need to be given prior to the start of the event. It will be returned in full at the end of event if the venue is returned in the same condition it was received.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
