History of the space My partner, a local homebuilder, designed and built our beautiful inner-city home (moved in during the fall of 2023). Inspired by Scandinavian design, we have crafted a clean and modern space. It's located on a corner lot and is south-facing, which provides beautiful natural light all day long. Neighborhood details: A short walk to Okanagan Lake, Cannery Brewery, and Penticton's Main Street, this home is the perfect location for those looking to be close to the city's best amenities. Built on a risen corner lot, this property offers a surprising level of privacy considering it's on the shoulder of downtown. Logistics The main floor is open concept with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lofted office. There is a large white-oak dining table that sits 8 comfortably and 6 stools around the island. There is ample street parking (free) available and a bus stop one block away. We are two blocks away from Okanagan Lake. Up to 30 black folding chairs can be available by request.

The home will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each booking. There is great ventilation throughout (windows and sliding doors). All high-touch surface areas will be disinfected and wiped down prior to your arrival.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
