History of the space
My partner, a local homebuilder, designed and built our beautiful inner-city home (moved in during the fall of 2023). Inspired by Scandinavian design, we have crafted a clean and modern space. It's located on a corner lot and is south-facing, which provides beautiful natural light all day long.

The main floor is open concept with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lofted office. There is a large white-oak dining table that sits 8 comfortably and 6 stools around the island.
There is ample street parking (free) available and a bus stop one block away.
We are two blocks away from Okanagan Lake.
