Look no further, this is your venue. We have a beautiful one-of-a-kind location that includes a rustic-chic and & industrial coffee shop/cafe, an award winning barbershop, and a vintage motorcycle & apparel store. All are available 24/7.
We have an extensive and beautifully organic outdoor courtyard and alley with seating and light making us a unique location.
Inside space is 2200+ sq ft and outside courtyard 1700+ sq ft.
An extra fee applies if you need the barbershop, coffee shop, & motorcycle/apparel store to be closed during their normal hours of operation, Tues-Sun. Coffee shop closes at 4pm. No additional fees on Mondays.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
