Cleaning Process To ensure our guests have a clean and comfortable stay, we follow a meticulous cleaning process carried out by professional cleaners after every booking: Remove Used Linens and Towels Strip all beds and collect all used towels, washcloths, and kitchen linens. Replace with freshly laundered linens and towels. Empty Trash Remove all trash from the unit, including bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms. Replace liners in all bins. Sanitize High-Touch Surfaces Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and handles. Clean Bathrooms Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. Replace toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) if provided. Ensure mirrors and surfaces are spotless. Kitchen Cleaning Wash and put away any used dishes or cookware. Wipe down countertops, cabinets, and appliances. Clean inside the microwave and refrigerator (if used). Dust and Vacuum Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and baseboards. Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Sweep and mop all hard floors. Inspect for Damage Look for signs of damage or items requiring maintenance and report them immediately. Restock Supplies Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. Restock any welcome amenities (e.g., coffee pods, snacks, etc.) if applicable. Final Touches Arrange furniture and decor to match the original layout. Perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in perfect condition for the next guest. This process ensures our property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for every guest, providing a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
