About Grotto 101 Performance Lab
A South Austin performance studio lab perfect for theater and dance rehearsals, vocal coaching, movement training, band practice, social club meet-ups, private events, and potential small-audience performances upon review. Nonprofit arts organizations are welcome here. The space is 650 square feet with the rehearsal area at 19' x 22'. There is one bathroom with sink. The garden area outside can be used for greeting guests or general relaxation and conversation.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
