EdgeCut Arts’ Edge Space is a spacious and sleek lower level event space in the heart of SoHo, Manhattan. Its modern white-box look and elegant engaged columns make it a versatile space for your showcase or exhibition, pop-up, networking event, screening, rehearsal and so much more. To top it off, a stylish bar just above the space can be rented at an additional fee of $750 per event (but is not required to book the space). We welcome you to bring your ideas to the fore in making Edge Space the next spot for your event! Please read ALL of the information below before booking. AVAILABILITY M-F: 7-9 AM and 7 PM to midnight Saturday: 5 PM to midnight Sunday: All-day FEATURES & AMENITIES - 2,000 square feet - Max capacity: 70 - Entrance through a beauty parlor - Basement-level down a flight of stairs - No windows or elevator - Small storage/holding area - One bathroom - A/C and heating - Stylish bar upstairs (additional cost) ACCESSIBILITY - Not ADA compliant - No elevator - Access to basement-level through stairwell HOUSE RULES (Please read!) 1.) A security deposit is required to rent the space. 2.) To enter Edge Space, you must go through the ground-level beauty parlor. Renters must hire at least two staff members to monitor guests entering and exiting the beauty parlor (doorkeeper, ticker collector, usher, security, etc.). The ground-floor beauty parlor can be rented out as a bar at an additional cost of $750 per event. 3.) One Edge Space staff member will be present at all times.
