Our home is available for photoshoots, film sets, and intimate events. You will enjoy a spacious 135sqm apartment with timeless interiors, a beautifully designed kitchen, and a carefully curated decor. Centrally located, the apartment boasts multiple metro lines in close proximity given it is steps away from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Our apartment is on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs through a large staircase, or one floor up using the building's small elevator) of a historic Haussmannian building from 1910 and is filled with charm. Please note that like many older buildings, our home does not offer air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
