Cleaning Procedures – The Wood To maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these cleaning procedures before leaving: General Cleanup – Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. If you bring food or beverages, ensure all containers, plates, and utensils are properly discarded. Surface Wipe-Down – Wipe down tables, countertops, and any high-touch surfaces with provided cleaning supplies. Equipment Care – If you use any equipment, return it to its designated storage and ensure it is clean and undamaged. Floor Care – Sweep or spot-clean any spills to prevent stains or hazards. Restroom Check – If restrooms were used, ensure they are left tidy and report any issues to staff. Final Walkthrough – Before exiting, do a final check to ensure all personal belongings are collected, lights are turned off, and the space is left in good condition. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
