Outside catering and private chefs are permitted with prior approval to ensure alignment with venue guidelines. The indoor space features two distinct zones: • A cozy fireplace lounge ideal for seated conversations and styled moments • A bright, neutral main room designed for dining setups, celebrations, and flexible event layouts • An adjoining wet bar/lounge area that adds an energetic atmosphere for cocktail hours and networking Guests may use the indoor space, outdoor deck, or both, allowing events to flow naturally throughout the property in one connected experience. Guest count is intentionally capped to maintain comfort, safety, and neighborhood respect. The venue is located in a quiet residential area with on-site parking available for up to five vehicles. Rideshare and carpooling are recommended for larger gatherings.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
