High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are sanitized, and a licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. We provide disinfecting wipes, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, and masks for guests. To support physical distancing, capacity is limited, and the space has been reconfigured. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we’ve taken every measure to ensure a clean and safe environment for your event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
