About the Space
My wife and I are opening our high ceiling industrial loft for rentals. It is ready for your photo and video productions. Whether you have a fashion shoot, music video or talking head production, our lush and green industrial space can be adjusted to meet your project needs. We also have seamless backdrop options and lighting options available. We live in the space with our dog and move him around in areas that are not being utilized during the shoot.

Our space is cleaned daily. Deep cleaning includes, all surfaces wiped with disinfectant, dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped. Bathrooms and showers cleaned with bleach.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
