To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we follow a thorough cleaning process before and after each booking: Before Your Arrival: ✔ The space is deep-cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, tables, and seating areas. ✔ Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed to maintain a fresh environment. ✔ Restrooms are stocked with essential supplies and sanitized. ✔ Trash bins are emptied, and the venue is inspected for cleanliness. After Your Event: ✔ A basic post-event cleaning is included in your rental. ✔ Guests are responsible for bagging and removing trash to the designated dumpster near the far left of the parking lot, next to the elevator. ✔ All decorations, personal items, and rental equipment must be removed before leaving. ✔ Any spills or messes beyond standard cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space beautiful for all guests! If you have any special cleaning requests or need assistance, just let us know.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
