This 3,000 square foot upscale North Scottsdale space is abundant with natural light and perfect for a dreamy intimate event available on Saturday or Sunday or weekdays after 5pm. This is the perfect space for a baby shower, bridal shower, micro wedding, a training class, or a small networking event. Tip: We recommend Sundays for Weddings as it is the most peaceful day in our complex.
Our space serves as a photo studio during the week, it is kept in pristine condition with mostly white finishes, light floors and white walls, therefore we only host intimate events that will uphold the integrity and condition of our space. We do not host children’s parties or any event over 50 guests.
You will have access to a chic private lobby with seating area adorned by a modern black railing staircase leading up to the large open studio space. The studio features a dressing room crafted with a beautiful arch opening. There is a single private restroom in the space. The kitchenette area is a stunning backdrop and comes with an ice maker, coffee maker, filtered water, microwave and beverage drawers with a large center island and stools. The back windows are all adorned by white sheers and the front floor to ceiling windows let in gorgeous natural light. We have multiple sofas and accent chairs to create soft seating areas for your guests, a gold bar cart and with beautiful backdrops like a white panel wall and a lime wash accent wall.
Available under add-ons: Tables and Chairs for 50 and a White Dessert Cart (see photos). You will supply your table own floor length table covers (3 8’ rectangle, 4 48” round, 2 cocktail).

Music: You can connect to our in ceiling speakers via Sonos bluetooth from your device.
Please make sure you book enough time for your set up or deliveries and time after your guest leave for any tear down or clean up within the hours you book, we do not offer additional time before or after your booking for free. Overtime is billed at 1.5 x the hourly rate if not communicated and approved with the host or at the regular hourly rate if approved by the host and is charged in 30 minute increments for all additional time you are in the space. The $150 cleaning fee covers a basic 2 hour space cleaning after you leave to restore the space (vacuum, mop, bathroom and kitchen cleaned). You must remove all of your food, drinks, decorations and trash, clean up any spills and do not leave any items in the fridge. A $150 fee will be charged if food or decoration or debris are left in the space, or a deep clean is required after your use (marks on the floor or walls, upholstery dirty, stains on floors, etc).
Our space is upstairs and does not have an elevator.
You are welcome to hire outside licensed / insured vendors for your event needs and can bring in your own food and beverages. Vendors must be supervised by guest.
