About the Space
Great green space for baby shower, smaller (up to about 75 people) wedding, dinner party, catered event, photo shoot, family gathering, off site event. Tucked into a hillside residental area above Woodland Hills on a large street to street lot surrounded by trees and greenery. Backyard has a hand crafted walkway with a Koi Pond and various private areas with benches to hang out, as well as a deck that is good for up to 75 people. Interior has floor to ceiling windows with an open chef's kitchen and easy access to the outside. Easy seating for 12-15 inside if desired. Very good flow, a special place.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
