In a hillside residental area above Woodland Hills.backyard has a hand crafted walkway with a Koi Pond and various private areas with benches to hang out,as well as a deck that is good for up to 75 people to hang out.Interior has wall to ceiling windows with an open kitchen and easy access to the outside .easy seating for 12-15 innside if desired..very good flow.
