About the Space
Great green space for baby shower,smaller (50 -75)wedding, dinner party,catered event,photo shoot. In a hillside residental area above Woodland Hills.backyard has a hand crafted walkway with a Koi Pond and various private areas with benches to hang out,as well as a deck that is good for up to 75 people to hang out.Interior has wall to ceiling windows with an open kitchen and easy access to the outside .easy seating for 12-15 innside if desired..very good flow.

Its my home, I host my family here frequently..I clean daily,as needed.and very thourougly after and before guests.I love the outdoors, and rarely close the doors or windows unless the weather, temperature is an issue..Let me know your concerns.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
