The space is a community pool and playground. The pool is unheated and costs $5,000.00 to heat during Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April. Additionally, during May, June, July, Aug, and Sept it costs $1,500.00 to heat the pool. This gem is in a neighborhood in the city of Yorba Linda. The inside hall has a full kitchen and 2 refrigerators. There is BBQ area outside near the kitchen pass through window There is a playground, basketball court and beach volleyball court. Outside area for dining that holds a space for 100 people. There is also a women and mens restroom. Hosts have used it for birthday parties, baby and bridal showers and business meetings.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
