About the Space
Studio style event space is decorated with light neutrals- drapes and remote controlled ambient lighting. It is a beautiful, small space good for photos, elopements, and other small gatherings. The space is shaped like an "L". The larger part is open concept with drapes that can separate it from the smaller space. There are 4 half moon benches, two chairs, and a swivel chair available to be used. There is also a seasonally decorated arch in the space that can be moved out of the way. The smaller part of the "L" has a small fridge that can be used, several battery operated candles, three blue velvet chairs, and two side tables. The space has many outlets, extension cords, and power strips available to use. This space does not have a bathroom. The main building does have publicly accessible bathrooms. After hours access to bathrooms available upon request.

Space is cleaned and sanitized between each party and at the end of each day. Cleaning supplies are offered for guest use in the back cabinet.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
