Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Square, our space has easy street parking and lots of public transit options in a safe area, packed with restaurants and bars. From castings to classes, table reads to fittings, our space is flexible enough to fit whatever your needs may be. Lincoln Square, a lovely neighborhood with coffee houses, cafes, and cute shops, is conveniently located on Chicago’s north side, Welles Park sits in the middle of the Square, always bustling with excitement. Our space has two studio spaces, a kitchenette, bathroom and lobby!

Our space is cleaned professional in between bookings, we offer multiple different kinds of cleaning supplies, in fact, we have a closet dedicated to cleaning and keeping our space safe for all people. We also have COVID-19 print outs available in the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
