Welcome to Apothek - a beauty lounge in the heart of Newport Beach! We are just steps away from the ocean, making this a very versatile location. Our space is just over 1750 sq ft and features dark, moody ambience. Built in 1928, this unique building boasts a gorgeous arched shaped window. We have a decent sized reception area, an open lash/brow area, and 3 private rooms that are 14x10 feet. We also have a small office, kitchen/break room, and gorgeous bathroom. This space would be incredible for brand photoshoots. Depending on the opportunity, we are open to moving our furniture out of the way for shoots. While we cannot remove anything from the building, we are happy to rearrange to fit your needs. You may use facial beds, lighting, and supplies for props if needed. SPACE INCLUDES: - Large reception area (28 ft x 18 at the widest part) - Open space currently used for brows/lashes that has 2 beds set up (24ftx10) - 3 treatment rooms (14ftx10) - Small office - Small kitchen/break room - Bathroom - Easy unloading access through back alley/back door - FREE Wifi - Ability to use existing furniture and supplies as props *Please note: Restroom is located up a small flight of 4 stairs. There is a secondary entrance that is level with the restroom, but you must enter through the alley to access it.
