About the Space
Our space is a basement level studio apartment. It would be a great space for working remotely, meeting up with friends or coworkers, photo shoots, or staying the weekend to see a great show in town. The space is fully equipped and furnished. It includes a full bathroom with shower and double sink vanity. A large sectional couch from pottery barn is super comfortable and provides a great resting place. The queen size bed is a great addition for an overnight stay.

Between each stay, we thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces. The bed linens, towels, and other washable items are also removed cleaned and replaced.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
