About the Space

Our studio is a versatile and modern creative space, conveniently located within a fully operational film lab. Perfect for photography, the space features a professional white cyc wall with a pre-lit overhead light box. This light box can be easily controlled via an iPad, allowing you to adjust the lighting to perfectly suit your shoot. The studio also includes a green room for hair, makeup, and wardrobe preparation, as well as a an area for managing production logistics within rented studio space. One of the unique perks of working in our space is the access to our in-house film lab services. Guests have the option to drop off film for processing immediately and can even pay for expedited services while shooting, allowing them to see their negatives on the same day. This seamless integration of production and post-production adds a layer of convenience and efficiency to your project.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space is cleaned and disinfected regularly to maintain a safe and professional environment. High-touch surfaces, such as door handles, tables, and shared equipment, are disinfected between bookings. Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are available for guests to use as needed. The cyc wall is cleaned after each use to maintain a pristine appearance. We follow local health guidelines to ensure cleanliness and hygiene, and we ask all guests to respect the space by keeping it tidy throughout their booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
