Event Venue Cleaning Procedures
Before the Event:
Pre-Event Inspection – Conduct a walkthrough to assess the space and ensure it is clean and ready for guests.
Surface Sanitization – Wipe down all tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch surfaces with disinfectant.
Floor Cleaning – Sweep and mop all floors to remove dirt, spills, and debris.
Trash Disposal – Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste areas are clean and odor-free.
Restroom Stocking – Check and restock soap, paper towels, and tissue in shared building restrooms as needed.
Entrance & Exit Clean-Up – Ensure door handles, railings, and any touchpoints are disinfected.
During the Event:
Spot Cleaning – Staff will monitor and clean spills, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a tidy environment.
Trash Maintenance – Empty bins as needed to prevent overflow and keep the venue fresh.
Table & Seating Upkeep – Periodically sanitize tables and seating areas to maintain cleanliness.
Restroom Stock Check – Monitor and restock soap and tissue in the shared restrooms as needed.
Between Events (Professional Cleaning Team Required):
Full Surface Sanitization – Professional team will disinfect tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and any shared equipment.
Deep Floor Cleaning – Sweep and mop all floors to remove dirt, spills, and footprints.
Trash & Waste Removal – Empty all trash bins, replace liners, and sanitize waste disposal areas.
Kitchen & Bar Area Cleaning (if applicable) – Sanitize prep areas, sinks, and any used appliances.
Air Circulation & Ventilation – Ensure proper airflow by checking ventilation systems and opening doors if needed.
After the Final Event of the Day:
Full Venue Reset – Rearrange tables and chairs according to the standard layout or next event’s setup.
Final Disinfection – Wipe down all touchpoints, including tables, seating, and door handles.
Closing Walkthrough – Conduct a final check to ensure the venue is spotless and ready for the next use.
