Hi friends, I’m sharing my space in Clinton Hill, Bk with the creative community here in NYC! It’s a think space, it’s a creators office, it’s a modern board room, but it’s also a game / karaoke night, it’s a temporary music studio, it’s a photo gallery, it’s a video shoot scene set up, it’s whatever you want it to be. It’s a duplex with a large open space downstairs that can be rented with or without backyard access ($300/hr for both). The upstairs will really only be available for rent in special situations - cooking, short scene / photography. Again, I live here guys lol But the downstairs does have its own door to outside. Can easily take the steps or elevator down to the space. - Two bathrooms available (one public, one private). The one upstairs will only be available under certain circumstances - Indoor bar set up downstairs (drink making tools can be included in rental) - Sectional couch pieces are movable - Tv / JBL Partybox Speaker / Record Player / Video game systems / Karaoke mic / Amazon Show can be included in rental. - Countertop stove / outdoor sectional / large Jenga / grill (in special circumstances) can be included in your rental - Parking’s free on my street, easy to find on the avenue for 2-hr max - Off the G train - Classon / Lafayette station is the closest - Brooklyn Navy Yard ferry is ~10 minute walk away, Atlantic Terminal is ~30 min walk, Fort Greene Park ~10 min walk, Dunkin Donuts a 2 min walk lol
