Phenomenal natural light studio with portable background wall. Windows are on North and West side of studio providing amazing light all day and direct harsh light for a period before sunset. Studio is one large room, restrooms for bio breaks and changing are directly across the hall. There is a door to another unit that is not accessible. Access to 30 folding chairs and 6 folding tables is included.

Space is vacuumed and wiped down between rentals when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
