We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming creative space for all our guests. After each booking, we ensure the studio is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next session. Our cleaning process includes: Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, and props. Sweeping and mopping the floors to keep the space fresh and dust-free. Disinfecting seating areas and furniture after each use. Providing hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for guests to use as needed. We ask all guests to leave the space as they found it, dispose of trash properly, and return furniture or equipment to its original placement. If additional cleaning is required after your session, an extra fee may apply. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities—thank you for helping us keep this space clean for everyone!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
