Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned after each usage, and the bathroom and common surfaces are disinfected. Since this is private space with no cross-traffic, the renter will be the only one within the space, as well as the entrance and exits. The entrance from this studio is directly off street level. It is the responsibility of the renter and/or production to maintain all health and safety precautions applicable to their production environment and requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
