Located in historic downtown Cary along the railroad tracks, Chatham Station is one of the Triangle’s premier event spaces. It features 4,500 square feet of open meeting and event space with seven functioning glass garage doors that allow for an entire wall of natural lighting. Also included is 2,000 square feet of private outdoor space with market lights above.

We hire a professional cleaning company after each event to ensure the space is cleaned and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
