Beautifully nestled on the ridge between city and mountains, we are centrally located in the desirable Catalina Foothills. Less than a mile away from St. Phillips Plaza and La Encantada where you will enjoy quaint cafes, restaurants, and shopping. For outdoor lovers, explore nearby trails, Saguaro National Park, and Mt. Lemmon! The best of both worlds! Unique to other properties, your visit at our southwestern abode includes BOTH the main house (The Villa) and a detached secondary unit (La Casita)! Perfect for weddings who need onsite bridal quarters! The Villa: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room facing the courtyard backdropped by lovely mountain views, electric fireplace, 4 TVs, and dining room. (Sleeps up to 10 people). -Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed, dresser, Smart TV -Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed, desk, Smart TV -Bedroom 3: 2 Full size beds with a private bathroom, desk, Smart TV -Full size air mattress available upon request. La Casita: Studio style floor plan with a king size bed, Smart TV, kitchenette, dining area for two, sofa bed (full size), and full bathroom. (Sleeps up to 4 people). -Bedroom 4: Primary Suite, 1 King size bed, 1 full size sofa bed, walk-in shower Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer!
