Perhaps helicopters and EVTOLS can use for testing and landing in residential area due to the large flat empty land. The back land lot has power outlets and lighting for nighttime use. Any outdoor event that requires a large empty dirt/grass lot. Additionally, the large 5600+ privately gated property can be used for events also, filming, photography, larger person events...etc

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
