Here’s an overview of our cleaning process: Pre-Event Cleaning: Before your event begins, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all areas of the venue, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches. We also ensure that seating and event setups are organized and ready for your guests. During the Event: We maintain a clean environment throughout your event by ensuring that restrooms are stocked and cleaned as needed. Our staff will be on hand to manage any cleaning tasks during the event, such as wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies. Post-Event Cleaning: After the event, we handle all aspects of cleanup. This includes disposing of trash, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring that the space is returned to its original condition. Our team will handle everything so you can focus on your event without worry. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and inviting space for all types of events.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
