Our backyard Oasis is perfect for a small backyard BBQ or pool party, baby shower, birthday party, engagement party, wedding, corporate event, and more! With a capacity to hold up to 40 people, our backyard oasis features three covered patios, a pool, a fire pit, and plenty of yard space for games, tables, or anything your event requires! . There is also plenty of open street and driveway parking. We promise that you will enjoy it. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS OUR OWN HOME WITH OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND PICTURES IN THE HOUSE, SO WE REQUEST THAT YOU ARE RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES**

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
