MULTIPLE PRODUCTION BACKDROPS IN A SINGLE LOCALE STUDIO BUILDING - A flexible space with wood floors, natural light, large windows and French doors that open up into our garden, this space can read as yoga studio or a family home. OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE - Includes a shady stage, a picturesque tea house, and expansive non-specific backdrop opportunities. Stage and event with tent or table set ups or use the large blank wall for projection. BOUTIQUE OFFICE BUILDING – Outfitted with a couch and chairs, this space can read as a living room or be arranged into a more office type set up with existing desks and monitor. Double French doors open out onto a private tree-covered patio complete with ping pong table. A fully sound-proof booth is also available for vocal recording. ONSITE PARKING – Park up to 10 cars comfortably or close the gates and use the extra square footage to park a food truck or two or set up an extra tent for your production staff. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
