Our Cleaning Process – Your Safety is Our Priority We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and worry-free experience. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Thorough Sanitization – All high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, equipment) are disinfected before and after each booking. Deep Cleaning – The conference room is professionally cleaned daily, including floors, restrooms, and all common areas. Sanitizer Stations – Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and within the room for your convenience. Private Restroom Maintenance – Our private restrooms are cleaned and restocked regularly with soap, paper towels, and other essentials. Snacks & Water – Complimentary items are individually packaged when possible and replenished with clean hands and care. We go the extra mile so you can focus on what matters—your meeting. Let us know if you have specific cleaning needs or preferences!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
