    About the Space

The iconic Topanga boxcar house, along with its 2-acre property, is available for shoots. The furnished boxcar can be emptied if needed, and there’s a beautiful creek that runs through the property and can be accessed. Additionally, there are large oak trees and shaded areas that create a forest or remote-looking atmosphere.
