Blanc House Collective is a luxury residential venue in Bowie, MD that doubles as one of the DMV’s most visually striking production spaces. With soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, hardwood floors, marble accents, and a curated black and white aesthetic, it photographs beautifully from every angle.
Most production teams book 4–6 hours. A typical session starts around $300. Larger No set dressing required. No location fees. Just a beautifully designed space that does the work for you.

• Pyrotechnics, cold sparkles, fog machines, or smoke-producing effects
• Productions requiring furniture removal or significant rearrangement
• Ticketed or promoter-driven events disguised as productions
HOUSE RULES
• All activity must remain inside approved shooting areas
• No access to private residential spaces including bedrooms and bathrooms
• Music and sound must remain at a conversational level
• No smoking on premises
• Furniture must be returned to original placement before departure
• No loitering outside the property
Bookings that do not align with these guidelines may be ended without refund. and evening/weekend rates are available.
