Here’s what you can expect before your arrival: Thorough Surface Cleaning All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are wiped down and disinfected between each booking. Bathroom Sanitization The bathroom is fully cleaned and sanitized with fresh towels and stocked essentials before every event. Trash Removal & Outdoor Maintenance All trash and recycling are removed, and the outdoor area is swept and tidied. Lawn and garden areas are regularly maintained to keep the space looking its best. Inspection Between Bookings We conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything is in place and meets our quality standards before you arrive. We want you and your guests to feel at ease and focus on enjoying your time. If anything is out of place when you arrive, don’t hesitate to reach out right away.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
